Practical Information



In order to ensure that your stay takes place in the best possible conditions, we have put in place a few rules of life. Whether you book a stay in a guest house or a gîte, here is the information you need to know. 



ARRIVAL: 17:30 - DEPARTURE: 10:30

Our days are very busy: the mornings are devoted to cleaning the rooms and common areas and to preparing meals.The afternoons are reserved for our animals and the upkeep of the farm's surroundings; this is also our only rest time of the day. So the reception starts at 5.30 pm. It is possible to drop off your belongings during the day, even to drink a tea in our lounge while waiting. We count on your understanding to respect these hours.

Breakfast until 9.30 am

Starting from 8:30 am: In order for you to fully enjoy your day of activities, we will prepare a hearty breakfast for you - coffee, tea, hot milk, cocoa, toast, butter, homemade jams, homemade cakes, fruit juice, fresh fruit, etc.

Aperitif & Dinner from 7.30pm

At Ciel d'Ardèche, the evening meal is served around 8pm, after the welcome aperitif. During the aperitif, Antonietta finishes the table and the final touches of her meal (all homemade with local and seasonal products), before guiding you to the dining room to continue your evening in friendly company.

Booking Conditions

Whether you book your stay by mail or by phone, a reservation cheque will be requested to validate your arrival with us. It will be returned to you on site or can be applied to the final payment due. Payment by credit card is also possible, as well as by bank transfer.

Cancellation Conditions

A cancellation must be made at least 10 days before your arrival. No refunds will be possible during this period within 10 days of the reservation. Cancellation more than 10 days before your arrival is possible.  New dates will be proposed to you.  If no date is convenient for you, the reservation check will be cashed. Weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation.

Natural Spring Water

Ciel d'Ardèche's water is provided by a natural spring. In order to preserve nature, we ask you to be vigilant about your consumption. We thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your contribution to our natural surroundings.

Tourist tax : 0,88€

The tourist tax is determined by the Communauté de Commune Montagne d'Ardèche. All Adult staying one night in our establishment, contributes to the protection and management of the natural areas of our region.

Respect for the Premises

All our rooms and common areas are non-smoking. For the well-being and rest of everyone, we ask you to be discreet when walking on the stairs before breakfast (8.30am) and in the evening after 11pm.

Pets allowed

We understand your desire to travel with your pet. Pets are accepted on our farm, subject to certain conditions (calm, well-behaved dog, kept on a lead outside, no peeing in our plants or Flowers or garden furniture...). Please contact us to discuss this and check that your pet meets our criteria. No pets are allowed in the dining room during meals.
